FAST UNDERSTANDING.

A 2D motion project created for Pillar’s AI security platform in collaboration with Kriisp. The visual design and brand system were created by Kriisp, while the animation work focused on bringing that system to life through timing, transitions, line animation, UI motion and web-ready video delivery.

The goal was to explain a complex cybersecurity product quickly, without losing clarity or visual energy. The motion needed to feel sharp, technical and engaging — keeping the viewer interested while guiding them through the product story.

The Challenge

The product needed to be explained quickly without overwhelming the viewer. The animation had to move fast, stay clear and keep the visual flow engaging from beginning to end.

The Motion System

The animation was built around controlled timing, clean transitions, line movement and UI-driven motion, keeping the visual language precise and consistent across the full video.

The Collaboration

Working from Kriisp’s design system in Figma and Illustrator, the motion process focused on translating static visuals into a polished animated piece for web use.

Design Translation

Kriisp’s static design system was translated into motion while preserving the structure, hierarchy and clean technical feel of the brand.

Bot Animation

The robotic bot character was animated with a controlled, creature-like rhythm, giving the product story a sense of life without breaking the clean technical tone of the visual system.
